Scott Servais fired: 5 Seattle Mariners manager candidates
Dan Wilson
Wilson is an obvious person to start with considering he will have the first crack at it. The Mariners are 7 ½ games out of a wild-card spot with 34 games remaining. If they miraculously sneak in or even come close, Wilson will have a strong chance to retain the job. The former big-league catcher is an interesting pivot option considering he has no manager experience and is not even on the staff. Wilson served as a special assignment coordinator with the team during spring training.
