The Bruins didn’t lose a game last season until the Class 5A championship game where they lost to Columbine. Perea was a big part of the team’s success as he racked up 81 tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss and five sacks in 14 games. Rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports, the 6-foot-3, 245-pound defensive lineman earned first-team all-conference honors and plans to continue playing football with the Nevada Wolf Pack following graduation.
