4. Koa Dietrich, So., Mullen
Dietrich is the youngest quarterback to debut on this list after earning first-team all-conference honors and an all-state honorable mention following his freshman season. The 5-11, 173-pound signal caller racked up 2,207 passing yards and 22 touchdowns in 11 games as the Mustangs reached the Class 5A playoffs. Though Mullen lost their first-round matchup, Dietrich threw for 155 yards and a score in his playoff debut.
