10. Rich Belin, QB, Cardinal Hayes
A three-star prospect according to On3, Belin led the Cardinals to a 12-2 record and the school’s first NYCHSAA state championship last season. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound signal caller threw for 3,112 yards and 30 touchdowns while adding 1,351 yards and 19 scores on the ground to become the New York Gatorade Player of the Year. Belin plans to play for the Syracuse Orange following his senior season.
