Zach’s passion for baseball is deeply rooted in his family. His father, Marty Stern, has a distinguished baseball background of his own. Marty attended Guilford College on a full scholarship for both basketball and baseball, and his baseball career continued with the MLB’s Montreal Expos. Marty played in the Single A Division for the Expos in Burlington, Vermont, further fueling Zach’s dedication to the sport. Together, their achievements highlight a rich legacy in baseball, inspiring Zach’s continued pursuit of excellence on the diamond.
