10 drivers with best chance to win NASCAR Cup Series championship
10. Brad Keselowski
The 40-year-old Keselowski hasn’t made a lot of noise in recent years with RFK Racing but has had a fine season in 2024 that gives him an outside chance of claiming his first Cup Series championship in 12 years. Doing so would be quite the feat for the driver of the No. 6 Ford, but he has proven his team might be good enough to hang around and sneak into the Championship 4 this season. Keselowski earned his lone win of the season in May at Darlington and has also had runner-up finishes at Texas, Talladega and Charlotte. Most of Keselowski’s best runs came early in the year, but he did earn back-to-back top-10s at Michigan and Daytona to end August and hasn’t finished lower than 21st since June. He may be a long shot while currently sitting 13th in the points standings, but Keselowski could surprise down the stretch.
