2. Mike McGee, G (1957-59)
The North Carolina native was a force on the offensive line before serving as Duke’s head coach for eight seasons. McGee collected many accolades, including two All-ACC selections, a consensus first-team All-American selection and the 1959 Outland Trophy. He earned ACC Player of the Year honors in his final season and was later inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1990.
