Govs edge women’s soccer 1-0 in ASUN opener

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Bellarmine University women's soccer team racked up four times as many shots as Austin Peay, but the Governors unloaded the difference-maker in a 1-0 win over the Knights on Thursday night in an Atlantic Sun Conference opener in Owsley B. Frazier Stadium. The lone goal between Bellarmine (1-6-1, 0-1 ASUN) and Austin Peay (3-3-2, 1-0) came in the 53rd minute.
