Faith’s salary in 2023 at Albany HS was $94,749. He is one of the winningest coaches in Texas High School football history and is the winningest active coach on this list (360 wins at the conclusion of the 2023 season).
He began coaching at the Albany Independent School District in 1982 and was promoted to head coach in 1987. He won his first state title in 2022 and led the Lions to repeat in the 2023 2A Division II championship.
