6. Jake Fieszel

Fieszel’s salary at Gunter HS while leading the Tigers to the 2023 3A Division II state title was $109,993. Notably, the district’s average salary is $46,359. 

He was hired in 2007 and secured his first state title in 2019. The Tigers clinched the championship again in 2022 and 2023, and are poised for a three-peat in 2024 thanks to several starters returning on both sides of the ball.
