4. Darian Hagan, QB (1988-91)

Hagan was under center for the program’s back-to-back national title appearances and posted a 30-5-2 record during his three seasons as the starter in Boulder. He received Heisman Trophy votes in all three seasons, headlined by a fifth-place finish in 1989. Hagan ended his time in Colorado with 5,808 all-purpose yards and 54 total touchdowns, both remain in the top 10 in school history. He joined the CU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2002 and the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
