10 NBA players who could break out in the 2024-25 season

Jalen Johnson, Atlanta Hawks

Johnson arguably had a breakout season in 2023-24 in his first year as a starter, but the 6-foot-9 forward is capable of doing much more. Talent has never been the issue for the former five-star recruit and that was clear last season when he averaged 16 points. The Hawks traded Dejounte Murray in the offseason and did not bring back Saddiq Bey. Johnson should have more usage because of this.
