The Colts have had a weird start to the season, but they are still 3-3. A lot will depend on how QB Anthony Richardson looks when he returns from injury, but they are still in position to contend for a playoff spot. Indianapolis has some interesting young pass rushers in Kwity Paye and rookie Laitu Latu, but they only have a combined one-and-a-half sacks. Reddick would be an instant boost to the room and he can be a mentor for them going forward.
