4. Oscar Robertson, PG (1970-74)
Robertson finished his career in the Cream City and won a championship in his first season with the team. He stakes the claim as the best passer in franchise history as he ranks first in assists per game with 7.5 and eighth in total assists with 2,156. Robertson averaged 16.3 points on 46.8% shooting with the Bucks and had his No. 1 retired by the team in 1974, shortly after his tenure in Milwaukee ended.
