10. Mookie Blaylock, PG (1992-99)
Blaylock played over half of his career in Atlanta and led the league in steals per game twice. The one-time All-Star made six all-defensive teams and averaged 13.5 points, 6.7 assists and 4.1 rebounds during his time with the Hawks. Blaylock is the franchise leader with 1,321 steals and remains in the top three with 1,050 3-pointers and 3,764 assists.
