FOOTBALL: Quincy Blair named an All-Texas Non-FBS Player of the Week by DCTF

Quincy Blair was recognized by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football on Thursday morning as an All-Texas Non-FBS Player of the Week. Blair had a monster performance on defense last weekend during a 33-28 win over Eastern New Mexico, making 17 total tackles, 14 solo tackles, three assists, 1.5 tackles for loss and one pass breakup. He is just two tackles shy of tying the school record for most tackles in a career. The record is 279 set by Ronin Williams in 2022.
