The Tigers did not bring in a transfer quarterback in the offseason and they are now facing the consequences. Auburn is 3-6 partly because of its play under center. There is a lot of hype for Class of 2025 commit Deuce Knight, but it is hard to imagine he will be ready to play as a true freshman. Hugh Freeze’s job security is thin and he cannot have another poor season. It will be in his best interest to utilize the transfer portal for his next signal caller.
