The Phillies bullpen was good in 2024, but Carlos Estevez and Jeff Hoffman are now free agents. Philadelphia could look to bring them back, but it may rather pursue an upgrade. The Phillies will have strong internal candidates for their closer role with Matt Strahm and Orion Kerkering back in 2025, but a Scott signing would make a strength even stronger.
