10. Phoenix Glassnor, PG, De La Salle
Glassnor won a state championship with the Pilots during his freshman year and earned a third-team county all-star selection the following year. He reached 1,000 career points last season as he took home a first-team all-county selection. Glassnor committed to the Toledo Rockets to play both basketball and football collegiately.
