Davis Named CAA Player Of The Week

Hempstead, NY - Hofstra guard Cruz Davis earned CAA Player of the Week honors, it was announced by the league office this afternoon. Davis had a strong week for the Pride as he helped Hofstra to a 2-1 record at the Baha Mar Hoops: Nassau Championship, including recording a pair of career-highs in scoring. Davis got his week started with the first of his career outings on Friday as he scored 22 points and added a career-high eight rebounds in the overtime win over Rice.
