LYNCHBURG, Va. (BVM) – Liberty QB Kaidon Salter has been one of the best Group of 5 signal callers over the past couple of years, but he will now be transitioning to the Power 4 level more than likely.
The Cedar Hill, Texas, native is in the NCAA transfer portal for the second year in a row. He decided to return to Liberty after he had entered last offseason.
