Florida is believed to be the most likely landing spot for former Texas wide receiver Johntay Cook, according to a prediction by On3 on Tuesday. The former 5-star recruit out of DeSoto, Texas, arrived at Austin with big expectations as part of the 2023 class. He was the 29th-ranked overall player in the 247Sports composing rankings in the 2023 class, but things didn’t work out for Cook at his home state school and he left the program in early November.
