ESPN FPI Names Team With Best Odds to Win College Football Playoff
The first-ever 12-team College Football Playoff is soon headed into the quarterfinal round, with powerhouse programs, such as Ohio State, Texas and Oregon, looking to secure a national championship. Ahead of the quarterfinals, ESPN updated its Football Power Index (FPI) rankings, which is a computer-generated system that calculates strength of schedule, win probability and statistics on both sides of the ball.
