10. Pearl Washington (1983-86)
Washington led the Orange in assists and steals every season with the program and earned three first-team All-Big East selections. He is credited with bringing the school to national prominence, as he was the most sought-after recruit in the country when he landed with Syracuse. The Orange honored his No. 31 jersey in 1996, and Washington remains fourth in school history with 637 assists and 220 steals.
