8. Jerel McNeal (2005-09)
McNeal played the second-most minutes in school history and helped the Golden Eagles reach the NCAA Tournament in all four seasons with the program. The All-American selection earned Big East Defensive Player of the Year in his sophomore season and he remains at the top of the school record books with 287 steals. McNeal ranks second in Marquette history with 1,985 points, fourth with 130 games played and eighth with 455 assists.
