10. Dean Connors, Houston

Connors has been a consistent weapon at Rice the last couple of seasons and will make the Power 4 jump in 2025. The Kamuela, Hawaii, native transferred to Houston and should serve as the Cougars’ primary offensive weapon this fall. Connors has over 700 rushing yards and 400 receiving yards in each of the past two seasons. He has 22 career touchdowns.
