The Cubs trading for Kyle Tucker indicated the organization is serious about contending in 2025. They have a nice rotation, but another steady starter would give them one of the deepest starting staffs in the league. King has experience starting and out of the bullpen and would be a unique weapon for Chicago in the postseason.
