Top 10 NCAA women’s basketball All-American candidates in 2025
5. Aneesah Morrow, LSU
Despite losing talented players from last season’s roster headlined by Angel Reese and Hailey Van Lith, LSU again has the look of a Final Four contender, winning its first 20 games of the season before finally suffering a loss to South Carolina. The Tigers are led by a big three of Mikaylah Williams, Flau’Jae Johnson and Morrow. While Johnson may also end up being worthy of All-American honors, Morrow seems closer to a lock at this point. The 6-foot-1 senior from Chicago has improved her numbers in her second year in Baton Rouge, averaging 18.5 points and 14 rebounds. Morrow has posted 19 double-doubles and has two 20-rebound games, one which came in an important road win at Tennessee. Morrow, who also leads the Tigers in steals per game (2.5), could be the deciding factor in LSU making an SEC title push down the stretch.
