9. Sidney Wicks, PF (1971-76)
Wicks served notice on the NBA early on, winning 1972 Rookie of the Year. The 6-foot-8 Golden Stater left his mark over half a decade with Rip City, earning four straight All-Star bids to begin his pro career. Wicks moved on after five seasons, but his best years were with the Blazers.
