Roseman has built a culture of winning in Philly, no matter who the head coach, starting quarterback or anybody else on the field is. From bringing in the perfect free agents to Philadelphia to picking the right draft picks, none has been better than Howie. That is why Howie Roseman is the NFL’s best GM.
