Top 10 Louisiana high school baseball players in Class of 2025
BATON ROUGE, La. (BVM) – The 2025 high school baseball season is underway in Louisiana and some of the nation’s top stars will take the diamond in the Bayou State.
Through the years, Louisiana has produced a vast amount of baseball talent, dating back to MLB All-Star pitchers like Ron Guidry and Andy Pettitte. More recently, All-Stars like Seth Lugo and Aaron Nola have been among the notable names to come out of the Bayou State.
Many standout players have also taken the field at the collegiate level in Louisiana in recent years, particularly at LSU, a program that continues to be among the best in college baseball. Several of Louisiana’s top players in the Class of 2025 plan to soon join Jay Johnson’s squad in Baton Rouge. Many others will play high-level Division I baseball elsewhere, while the Bayou State will also likely produce some MLB draft picks at the prep level this year.
