The Chargers project to have one of the most inexperienced receiving units in the league entering 2025, led by second-year player Ladd McConkey. Adding a proven pass catcher is a priority this offseason and they have the cap space necessary to take a big swing. Head coach Jim Harbaugh and quarterback Justin Herbert provide a solid foundation for any prospective free agents and they could convince Higgins to spend the prime of his career in Los Angeles.
