4. Vince Carter, SG/SF (1998-2004)
Carter won rookie of the year and finished 16th in MVP voting after Toronto acquired him from the Golden State Warriors on draft night. The 2024 Basketball Hall of Fame inductee earned five All-Star appearances and two All-NBA selections while averaging 23.4 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists with the Raptors. Despite playing the 13th-most games, Carter remains among the top 10 in the franchise history in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals and 3-pointers made.
