Duty’s arm stands out whether he is under center or on a pitcher’s mound. The 6-foot-5 righthander is already sitting in the low 90s with his fastball and more velocity could be on the way with his size. The Prestonsburg standout is uncommitted, but he could have plenty of college coaches flocking to see him throughout his senior season.
