Bryce Hopkins transferring: 5 landing spots for All-Big East forward
Arkansas Razorbacks
Hopkins began his career playing for John Calipari at Kentucky. While things didn’t pan out in Lexington, Arkansas could ultimately be a good spot for Hopkins to rehab his value while reuniting with his former coach. Despite a slow start during Calipari’s first year in Fayetteville, the Razorbacks rallied to reach the NCAA Tournament, in part thanks to skilled forward Adou Thiero. Freshmen Karter Knox and Billy Richmond III have also displayed their upside. Should all three of those players return for the 2025-26 season, Arkansas might not need to add at the forward position. However, it’s possible that Thiero in particular could test the NBA waters. Hopkins might not be quite as productive as Thiero coming off injury, but he could be a nice replacement who helps mentor some of the young talent on Calipari’s roster.
