Magoon Gwath transferring: 5 landing spots for 7-foot defensive POY
Kentucky Wildcats
An opportunity to play for a blue-blood program like Kentucky could be intriguing for Gwath and the Wildcats might prioritize adding a big man in the portal this offseason. Kentucky has made an impressive run to the Sweet 16 in Mark Pope’s first season as head coach with a roster full of transfer portal additions from last offseason. Many of those players will soon be out of eligibility, though, including skilled center Amari Williams. Gwath would be a terrific replacement for Williams as a rim protector who could also provide more offense down low for the Wildcats.
