Andrew Rohde transferring: 5 landing spots for sharpshooting guard

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (BVM) – Virginia guard Andrew Rohde has entered the transfer portal, joining several other Cavaliers players, including Isaac McKneely, Jacob Cofie, Blake Buchanan and Dai Dai Ames.

Rohde began his collegiate career at St. Thomas in Minnesota as a three-star recruit out of Brookfield Central High School in Wisconsin. After averaging 17.1 points as a freshman, Rohde transferred to Virginia, where he has been a regular starter over the past two seasons.

In 2024-25, Rohde averaged 9.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.2 steals. His greatest strength is his shooting ability, evidenced by his 41.3% shooting rate from 3-point range this season, up significantly from his sophomore campaign.
