The Groton, Massachusetts native spent the past three seasons at Davidson and had a breakout junior year. Bailey averaged 18.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists while shooting 41.5% from 3-point range to earn a first-team all-conference selection and the Atlantic-10 Most Improved Player award.
