Harper wouldn’t have to move far to join the once-proud Hoyas. Ed Cooley’s program is right across Washington D.C., and is looking to build on its first season above .500 since the 2018-19 go-round. Georgetown made the NCAA tournament in seven of eight campaigns ranging from the mid-2000s to early-2010s but has only made it once since.

Bringing in an already well-known talent in the area could boost Cooley and the Hoyas to where they want to be.
