Gianna Kneepkens transferring: 5 landing spots for All-Big 12 guard

Notre Dame was one of the top teams in women’s college basketball this season, but had a disappointing finish to the campaign, losing in the Sweet 16. The Fighting Irish should have All-American Hannah Hidalgo back next season, but will lose several key players who are out of eligibility, including Sonia Citron, Liatu King, Maddy Westbeld and Liza Karlen. Point guard Olivia Miles is also transferring, leaving some gaps on Niele Ivey’s roster. Adding Kneepkens to mask some of the losses would be significant, and she and Hidalgo could keep the Irish in the national championship conversation.
