10. Turmaine Rice, Meyer Ravens 

Rice earned $62,435, which was 32% higher than the median salary among employees within Rapoport Academy Public Schools. He also serves as a PE teacher. 

In his fourth year as the boys basketball head coach, Rice led the Ravens to the 2025 UIL Class 2A D-I championship game. They are the first boys team within Waco’s city limits to win a state championship since 2000.
