Ranking the 10 greatest San Francisco Giants of all time

8. Buster Posey, C, 2009-19, 2021

In his first full season in 2010, Posey batted .305 with 18 homers and won the NL Rookie of the Year award. After an injury that kept him out most of the 2011 season, Posey played the rest of his career for the Giants, recording 158 homers, 729 RBIs, and 293 doubles in just under 5,000 at-bats. Posey also won the 2012 NL MVP award, the same year he led the league in hitting, and a Gold Glove in 2016. He also led the Giants to three World Series titles in 2010, 2012, and 2014.
