1. Joe Greene, DT (1969-81)

“Mean Joe” served as the defensive anchor during the Steelers’ four Super Bowl victories in the 1970s and earned 10 Pro Bowl selections. The four-time All-Pro was twice selected as NFL Defensive Player of the Year and finished his career with 77 ½ sacks, the fifth-most in organization history. Greene entered the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1987.
