9. Mel Blount, CB (1970-83)
A lifelong Steeler and four-time Super Bowl champion, Blount earned two All-Pro selections and was named the 1975 Defensive Player of the Year behind a league-leading 11 interceptions. His 57 career interceptions rank first in franchise history, and his two picks returned for touchdowns are tied for 11th. Blount was a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 1989.
