From state champion to Division I: The determination of Theo Grace and his wellness journey
KEARNEY, Mo. — Former Kearney High School senior linebacker Theo Grace has made a name in Bulldog lore, shining on both the gridiron and the track. Standing 6′3″ and weighing in around 225 pounds, Grace anchored Kearney’s defense last fall with relentless effort—finishing with 124 tackles, multiple sacks, and earning first-team All-State honors, following the team’s run to the Class 4 state championship.
A true multi-sport standout, Grace also broke records in the javelin, setting the all‑classes state meet mark during the spring 2024 track season. His athleticism hasn’t gone unnoticed: he received offers to many well-known schools and ultimately committed to the University of North Dakota, where he will continue competing in both football and track.

Underpinning his athletic accomplishments is a strong commitment to wellness, which has been crucial in maintaining his peak physical condition. Grace has incorporated IV wellness therapy into his routine, focusing on hydration, nutrient absorption, and muscle recovery. These treatments have played a significant role in helping him maintain energy levels, reduce inflammation, and recover more quickly after intense training and games, giving him an edge in his performance.
Rejuv Aesthetics + Wellness has become well-regarded among Bulldog athletes for its recovery services and specialized care focused on hydration and nutrient replenishment. The team at Rejuv is dedicated to ensuring athletes receive the support they need. Grace’s track record speaks for itself: he is a 3X AAU national javelin champion and has established himself as a defensive force. His peers and local media have recognized him as one of Missouri’s top linebackers, and he was also nominated for the esteemed Annual Simone Awards, gathering votes in state polls showcasing the best of 2024.

At the next level with the University of North Dakota, expect Grace to bring the same sideline-to-sideline ferocity that defined his three starting seasons at Kearney. As both linebacker and javelin thrower, he aims to leave a lasting legacy in college sports—just as he has at KHS.
Theo- We are so incredibly proud of your accomplishments and continued focus on wellness! Stay the course, and we will be cheering for you from your hometown of Kearney, MO!
