5. Ben Wenzel, LB, Appleton North

A three-star recruit, Wenzel collected 83 tackles, four forced fumbles and three blocked field goals last season with the Lightning to earn first-team all-conference and all-region honors. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound defender received 16 D-I offers before committing to the Wisconsin Badgers to continue his football career.
