BGSU football special teams coordinator Alex Bayer accepts role at Syracuse

BOWLING GREEN – Special teams coordinator Alex Bayer has left the Bowling Green State University football program to take the same role at Syracuse University. He spent four seasons on the Falcon’s coaching staff. "I'm very excited to join the Syracuse family and Coach Brown's staff," Bayer said in a release from Syracuse. "He's building a strong culture and foundation and has had a lot of success here through two seasons. I'm looking forward to coming here and building upon that.
