Men’s Wrestling Competes at Missouri Valley Invite

MARSHALL, Mo. – After traveling there a couple of weeks ago, Baker men’s wrestling returned to Marshall, Mo., to compete in the Missouri Valley Invite on Friday and Saturday, a tournament that featured nearly 50 NAIA teams and 450 individual wrestlers. Jazen Brown’s sixth-place finish in the 141-pound bracket highlighted the Wildcats’ trip to the two-day competition. Brown rolled out four straight victories to open his tournament before falling in his next three, including a sudden-death heartbreaker in the placement match to finish in sixth.
