A Scot heads to the Show, Andy Schatzley joins the Los Angeles Angels

Batesville, AR – Former Scots baseball player Andy Schatzley has joined the Los Angeles Angels as their new Infield Coach. This promotion comes after Schatzley had spent several years as a manager in Minor League Baseball (MiLB) working for multiple Angels affiliates, most recently with the Rocket City Trash Pandas in Madison, Alabama. Schatzley was a member of the 2007-08 squads under head coach Kirk Kelley, along with current Scots head baseball coach Justin Cunningham .
