Elisa Portillo Named Big West Women’s Water Polo Player Of The Week

LONG BEACH, Calif. – After a record-breaking weekend, senior Elisa Portillo was named Big West Women's Water Polo Player of the Week as the league announced this Wednesday. Portillo led No. 7 Long Beach State (7-4) to a 2-2 weekend at the Triton Invitational after scoring 11 goals and surpassing a 20-year old school record set by Cassie Azevedo in 2006.
